OPTIONS

Mix some sausage or ground turkey in with the beef

Or use another ground meat altogether! (Keep in mind with leaner meats you will need more sauce or basting to avoid drying out )

Add cooked rice or quinoa to meat as a filler

Use diced tomatoes or ketchup instead of sauce

Try adding different shredded cheeses with the meat or melting slices on top the last few minutes (remove tin foil)

Season the meat with 1 tbl spoon or more of dry ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce or whatever!

Add mushrooms or onions to meat mixture

Be creative! Experiment!
